双十一价格迷局：同一商品7次变价，价保承诺成空谈？

双十一期间，同一商品出现7次变价现象，引发消费者对价格迷局和价保承诺的质疑，商家频繁调整价格，让消费者难以判断真实价格，价保承诺似乎成为空谈，此现象需引起重视，电商平台应加强价格监管，确保消费者在双十一等促销活动中获得真实、透明的价格信息。

今年双十一，消费者再次陷入“价格过山车”的困境。上海消费者琦琦发现，自己半个月前下单的13件商品，临近大促反而集体降价，甚至8元的日用品直接腰斩至4元。更夸张的是，记者实测同一双球鞋在双十一当天10:00至14:30间，竟出现7个不同价格，最高409元，最低322元，差价高达87元。这种“一顿操作猛如虎，一看价格原地杵”的体验，让原本的购物节变成了“数学竞赛”。

价格盲盒：优惠券叠加成“玄学”

双十一的优惠规则愈发复杂，限时红包、跨店满减、店铺券、超级红包等8类优惠分散在不同入口，且领取时间、使用范围各异。例如，记者在反复刷新商品链接后，意外获得一张“无门槛限时9折券”，叠加88VIP折扣和其他红包后，最终以322元抢到当日最低价。但该券仅限30分钟，过期后价格立刻反弹至357元。更讽刺的是，不同手机、账号显示的限时红包金额也不同，有人轻松拿到高额券，有人却只能“望价兴叹”。

平台虽推出“30天价保”服务，但实际执行漏洞百出。琦琦因使用红包导致申请被拒，客服回应称“商家未降价，红包优惠不触发价保”。黑猫投诉平台数据显示，相关投诉已超430条，常见拒赔理由包括“参与秒杀”“使用政府补贴”等。值得注意的是，部分优惠券并未明确标注“不参与价保”，消费者往往事后才发现权益受损。

双标规则：消费者信任被透支

中国法学会专家指出，“先涨后降”“隐藏门槛”可能涉嫌价格欺诈，但平台对商家的监管形同虚设。记者发现，同一商品在不同账号间价差可达28元，而价保规则中“红包、补贴等降价不赔付”的条款常被弱化处理。例如，重点推送的9折券未注明价保限制，而小众券却用灰色小字提示“不可申请补偿”。
